Artifact: Motor Development Lab 5

Date: Fall 2010

Reflection:
Motor Development Lab 5 was to observe motor skills at St. Mary’s Catholic School in Cortland. For this Lab we had to observe two students, a boy and a girl on standard bounce with hand (dribbling) and kicking. Both did extremely well with a few little mistakes. Their performances made me realize as a teacher that it important to help them with any mistakes and also assist them on their growth of motor skills and development. That’s why it’s important to apply motor development theory and principles to skillful movement.
